Still a couple steps left but the Title is settled, copyright secured, and a Kindle pre-order set for Nov. 24th! The Mirage's Apprentice!

He’s a thief. Not a spy.

The Blazing Tiger saga continues in The Mirage’s Apprentice, picking up after the events of Chronicles of the Blazing Tiger and following George Lyght deep into the intelligence world, but this time from a thief's point of view.

Working for British Intelligence was supposed to put those talents to profitable use. Instead, it has given him powerful handlers, dangerous assignments, and obligations he can’t seem to escape.

When an attempt to rescue his uncle, the legendary thief known as the Mirage, ends in disaster, George is left with a broken family, a missing partner, and the suspicion that being useful to MI6 is not the same as being trusted.

Lesya Solomia is the one person he cannot charm into staying. A gifted thief with a guarded past and loyalties of her own, she can match him where it matters, and leave him guessing everywhere else. Finding her is only the beginning. Learning how to stop performing long enough to be honest may be the hardest work George has ever done.

But British Intelligence has other plans.

A glittering auction in Lyon. A billionaire with technology the world wants. A royal appearance at the Monaco Grand Prix that is anything but routine. George follows the assignments, only to discover that the stolen objects are rarely the real prizes, and someone has already anticipated his next move.

With Jack Cloud stepping into the space left by Lee Kane, the old network is changing. Familiar allies have new responsibilities. Old secrets have unfinished business. And the events at Mont Blanc, where the Blazing Tiger story began, still cast a shadow over everyone who survived them.

Across Europe’s glamorous rooms and dangerous back streets, The Mirage’s Apprentice blends elaborate heists, intelligence intrigue, dry humor, and a relationship that refuses to follow anyone’s carefully prepared plan. Told from the perspective of a thief embedded in MI6’s operations, it carries the Blazing Tiger saga forward while revealing another side of the history that binds its characters together.
